Children
0 to 12 years
Play-based help with the everyday skills of childhood: getting dressed, handwriting, play, friendships, attention and sensory needs.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to occupational therapy. Whether it is for a toddler, a teenager or an adult, we start with the person and the everyday things that matter to them, and work in the places where life happens.
Choose the page closest to you. Each explains what we help with, how sessions work and what to expect at the first visit.

We have provided NDIS-funded therapy since the scheme began in NSW in 2015. We help you understand what you can access, and we write reports that get read.
We work with families and carers to fit therapy into daily routines, and with teachers, doctors and other professionals so that strategies carry across home, school and clinic.
Including complex psychosocial and mental health support. Sessions are sensitive, respectful and paced to the person, with safety, trust and choice at the centre.
At home, at preschool or school, in the community, or by video. No clinic to travel to, and no waiting list.
Where routines actually happen: mornings, meals, play, homework and bedtime. Most families start here.
Alongside educators, so the strategies that work in a session work in the classroom and the playground too.
Shops, parks, the bus, a workplace or a group home: wherever the goal is, that is where we practise it.
Secure video sessions for families and adults anywhere in NSW, and for check-ins between visits.
Ring us, or send the form and tell us what is going on. A short conversation is usually enough to point you in the right direction, and there is no obligation.
