Our approach

Support through life’s journey, not just this term

As a small practice we offer personalised attention: listening to your concerns and working closely with each client to understand their needs, addressing what you need now and planning for future challenges.

  • Individual and family-based

Our depth of experience lets us support not just the person but the family and carers around them, with education and practical strategies that make caring easier.

  • All ages and stages

Tailored guidance for kids, teens and adults at every stage of life, with continuity of care as needs change rather than a new provider every few years.

  • Where and when you need it

A mobile service: therapy at home, preschool or school, in the community or by telehealth, plus group sessions and consultation with teachers, doctors and other professionals.

  • Personal attention

As a small practice we listen to your concerns and work closely with you to understand what you need now, and to plan for what is coming.

Our team

Marina and Ana Radis

Dedicated occupational therapists with a combined fifty years of experience. Graduates of the University of Sydney in 1996 and 1997, they have worked in Australia, the UK and the US across a wide range of diagnoses and settings, which is why their approach to therapy is so thorough.

Marina Radis, occupational therapist and co-founder of OT Life, smiling

My aim is to enhance the independence and participation of all my clients, regardless of the nature of their challenges.

Marina Radis

Occupational therapist and co-founder

Assistive technology, complex physical and intellectual disability, and psychosocial support.

Marina is deeply passionate about supporting people with complex physical and intellectual disabilities, with a strong focus on the role of assistive technology in maximising independence, participation and quality of life. Her practice is holistic: she looks at how physical function, communication and daily living needs fit together, and finds the equipment, modifications and strategies that make the biggest difference.

Alongside this, Marina brings many years of experience supporting people with psychosocial disability, so that mental and physical wellbeing are addressed together. She has led therapy teams, shaped high-quality practice and supported the professional growth of the therapists around her.

Marina’s expertise

  • Prescribing and assessing assistive technology, from wheelchairs and specialised seating to home modifications
  • Complex disability across settings and agencies, including neurological brain injury and developmental disability at every stage of life
  • Psychosocial disability and mental health, from mild to severe, in young people and older adults
  • Functional capacity, SIL and SDA assessments for the NDIS

My approach is centred on creating tailored solutions that enhance accessibility and foster development.

Ana Radis

Occupational therapist and co-founder

Vision impairment, hearing loss and complex disability in children and adults.

Ana served as Coordinator of the Vision Education Service at the Royal Institute for Deaf and Blind Children (now NextSense), where she managed the program and provided clinical supervision to other occupational therapists. Few OTs in Sydney bring that depth of experience with children and adults who are blind, have low vision or are Deaf or hard of hearing.

Ana is an experienced conference presenter and has led training courses for allied health professionals and families. Her approach centres on tailored solutions that improve access, whether that is a child’s access to print and the classroom or an adult’s access to the information they need to live independently.

Ana’s expertise

  • Children and adults with vision impairment, hearing loss and complex disability
  • Alternative access to information for people with print disability and vision impairment
  • Children and families across a wide range of diagnoses: cerebral palsy, autism, developmental delay, Down syndrome, ADHD and learning difficulties
  • Clinical supervision and training for therapists, educators and families
